Hi, I was running Work Logs Report for all users and got wrong results. After that I tried to get the report filtered by user. When filtering by a single user, the results are ok. When adding more users, at some point the report changes the time logged by users to some lesser amounts.
Say, if i select only User 1, it shows 160 hours, which is correct. When add User 2 to the filter, it shows 150 hours for user 1 and some amount to User 2. User 3 and more also change the results.
From the UI, this looks like a Marketplace app (not Jira’s built-in reports). Could you confirm which app/screen you are using to generate this Work Log report? If it's a Marketplace app you can tag them (if there is already a tag for the app) or raise a support ticket to the vendor.
Hi @Igor Teryaev,
From experience, this kind of issue often comes down to a permission misconfiguration — for example, when users don’t have consistent access to all worklogs, the report can show reduced totals once you add more people into the filter. The best step is to reach out directly to the vendor of the app you’re using, since they can check the underlying logic.
One trick that sometimes helps to narrow down the cause is to install a second reporting app on trial and compare results. For example, JetTime gives you detailed worklog-based reports, timesheets per user or team, and exports to Excel/CSV/PDF. Running the same report side by side can help confirm if the discrepancy is coming from your data or from the app itself.
